Full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 24 hrs. in advance before the schedule errand time. Partial refunds or credits may be offered for delays due to unforeseen circumstances at the discretion of the errand service.
Service Fee
The service fee is non-refundable if the errand is completed as requested, unless there are unforeseen circumstances or errors.
Customer responsibility
The customer is responsible for delays or changes to the service request providing incorrect information the fee is nonrefundable.
